Pass Dates & Row Sizes
24 May - Pass 4 - Bring your completed third round of 8.5", label signed of course, to pass on to your assigned member of your group. The next round (ding, ding) will be to add a 9.5" border to your newly received block. This block will be passed on 24 August.
22 March - Pass 3 - Please bring your completed second round of 10.5" to pass on to your assigned member in your group. Your next creative endeavor will be to add the third round of 8.5" to your newly received RR Kit. Please remember to sign the label before passing it on on 24 May.
25 January - Pass 2 - Pass your center medallion to your assigned member of your group. Add second round of 10.5" to medallion, using any directions included in accompanying Journal, if necessary. Remember to sign the label. Please bring box with you to 22 March Guild Meeting for the next pass. And here's what we started with.

Introduction
Hi, all you Robins. Anne Marie and I are excited that so many members are participating. Just as a reminder, you should be working on your center medallion which should be 24.5" x 24.5" UNFINISHED. You should also be assembling a box, which would include
- your journal
- any fabric you want to include
- your completed center medallion, and
- your label for everyone to sign along the way.
Sometime after New Year's, Anne Marie and I will be putting you all into groups. With 22 participants we will have two groups of five and two groups of six. That means we need two participants to agree to go one more round. So, if you are willing to make one more round and have your quilt be larger please let us know ASAP. During the meeting on January 25th, we will be ready to exchange boxes.
Please check your email for two things. One would be an email from Anne Marie and I about your group and a reminder about the exchange meeting. The second email would be if the meeting is some how canceled due to snow. If that happens we will exchange boxes in February.
